Libra Season 2026

Libra Season 2026

Autumn Renew, Reflect, GO!

I’m clearing and cleaning the space—and not just the shelves. The renewal phase began at the start of this year, and some invisible force keeps moving me forward. Are you feeling the stagnation lifting? Perhaps, you feel an unexplainable force calling you? Maybe your dreams are more vivid, or a chance encounter feels strangely meaningful. The signs may be subtle, but the calling is hard to ignore.

At the store, the much-needed makeover project is on the way, with new signage and redecorating work started. I’ll be making room for fresh ideas, fresh finds, and a fresh flow. The Stepping Stones community will be expanding with new practitioners to support you on your healing journey. Once the workshop space comes alive, our event calendar will be buzzing with exciting events to fulfil everyone's spiritual curiosity.

Shall we say, “Happy birthday, Libra!”

Libra is a cardinal air sign ruled by Venus. It’s associated with relationships, fairness, and finding a better balance between “me” and “we.” I often remind clients that opposite signs matter in astrology. We all experience duality, which can be explored through astrology and your natal (birth) chart. I’ve found that astrology has helped me through dark times and helped me make sense of tumultuous moments.

Aries is a cardinal fire sign ruled by Mars, and it’s opposite Libra. In astrology, Aries is often associated with independence, determination, and speaking your mind. Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn) are go-getters when they’re in their element—driving forces who can make great leaders or terrible tyrants. Libra is often associated with charm and sociability, however, they love to keep the peace. In this norm, they can be indecisive and feel trampled by unfairness. Draw strength from your opposite sign this season to propel yourself toward a desired outcome. Libra season is a time to nurture self-love and let go of unkindness, especially unhealthy relationships, unhealthy boundaries, and outdated approaches to societal norms.

This season brings the spotlight to finding balance in our lives as the days grow shorter and darkness arrives earlier. Taking time to reflect is a necessary part of life. Collect your thoughts, acknowledge your feelings. Autumn’s changing pace can also be an invitation to check in with your own rhythms. Journal, meditate, or seek out groups that support your interests. Maybe that means connecting with nature, enjoying loving friendships, or having a spa day to pamper yourself. Kindness can go a long way! It’s a lovely time to ask: “Where could I bring a little more harmony into my everyday life?” Maybe it’s a more nourishing routine, being more autonomous, adding a grounding practice into your daily life such as walking, gardening, etc.

A little autumn reset for your mind

Try this quick NLP-inspired exercise when your thoughts feel busy or you’re ready for a change:

  1. Take a few slow, deep breaths and picture a moment when you felt calm, capable, or completely yourself.
  2. Notice what you see, hear, and feel in that memory. Let the details become vivid.
  3. As you breathe out, gently press your thumb and finger together to create your own small “reset” cue.
  4. Choose one word for the energy you want to carry into autumn: grounded, open, brave, balanced, or authentic. Breathe and notice what helps that feeling grow, then release your thumb and finger.
  5. When you need a moment of focus, repeat the cue and your word. Notice the feelings the memory brings up and the words you say to yourself. Feel the warmth and kindness in your heart toward yourself.

It’s not magic or a substitute for support when you need it—just a simple way to pause, reconnect with a helpful memory, and set an intention for what comes next.

And speaking of fresh energy… new arrivals from my trade-show visit are starting to arrive! Come by and see what’s landed, and follow us on socials for a peek at the latest treasures. You never know—something might call your name.

With gratitude,
